Small Group Strength

Small group strength training classes work perfectly for every level, whether you are just starting out in your weight training, recovering from an injury or want a refresher on your form, these small group classes give you the benefit of working 1:1 with a Certified Personal Trainer, but in the motivational setting of a group class.

This class is for you if you have experience with weight lifting, but are looking to challenge yourself to break plateaus, or learn the proper form.  Taught by an experienced Powerlifter and Physique Competitor, these classes will challenge even the most experienced lifter.
